• Olive oil

Three Day Schedule
• Day One: Mix 6 ounces of apple juice and 2 ounces of beet juice. Drink 6 to 8
glasses of this per day. Space it out however you like. A good plan is to keep it with you at all times and drink
as you get hungry to avoid temptation to snack. You can drink distilled water throughout the day as needed.
• Day Two: Mix 4 ounces of apple juice and 4 ounces of beet juice. Drink 6 to 8
glasses of this per day. You can drink distilled water throughout the day as needed.
• Day Three: Mix 2 ounces of apple juice and 6 ounces of beet juice. Drink 6 to 8
glasses of this per day. At night mix 4 ounces of pure olive oil with the juice of half a lemon and drink.
• Day Four: By this time you should have loosened up a lot of toxins from your body.
If you are not having bowel movements it is important to give yourself an enema to rid yourself of the toxins. When
you do have a bowel movement you should see the gall stones in the toilet.
